We can confirm that ALL the items we sell are 100% Genuine. The lines we primarily stock are end of line old season clearance styles from retail stores groups that have at the end of the year cleared out the season’s styles to accommodate the new season range. Also from time to time we acquire from our supply chain network liquidated stocks from companies that have gone bankrupt or fallen into administration. Unless stipulated all the lines we stock are grade A. If a product has been listed as Grade B, We will mention this next to the product. Such lines are common if the stock originated from our retail partners, Such lines may have some minor marks due to the nature of how they were originally offered for sale. Such lines we class as Grade B and majority of the time any marks would come off if cleaned in accordance the garment's washing instructions.

We primarily stock end of season clearance lines and as with any clearance lines there is no guarantee we will be offered all sizes. If the lines were popular during in-season then the likely chances are that we would only be cleared the least popular sizes.

At present we only accept orders from customers residing and having their orders delivered within the UK.

Grade A+ item - Brand new and unused. No visible faults or marks and comes with all hand-tags attached.

Grade A item - These are items that comes with all hand-tags attached but are possibly store returns or garments that have been on a shop display. There might be some minor marks which would normally come off if washed in accordance to the washing instructions.

Grade B Item - These are items that might be missing a button or have a small hole that is mainly the cause of a security tag. Images are supplied to give you a better indication as to why the garment has been classed under this grade.

Pre-loved item - This is an item that has been used before but is in a remarkable condition. There might be signs of wear or hardly any which is common if was if the garment was for a  Baby/Toddler.

The truth is, “free” shipping is not actually free and the cost of free shipping, in many cases, is unsustainable. For many, those stores that offer free delivery absorb such costs by folding them into the line prices and not offering a substantial discount on savings as we do.

 

Our delivery charges range from £5.00 (Standard) to £15.00 (Next day delivery).

Unlike other companies, we are at present offering free delivery on replacement orders. For e.g. you ordered a sweater in size Medium and returned it back wanting to exchange it for a different size or item then under our current promotion we cover the standard delivery costs to send the item(s) back to you.

Items classified as pre-loved are not in ‘new’ condition and may carry some signs of wear and use, e.g. small marks, scratches or signs of creases.

If you change your mind, no problem - you can return for a refund (in line with our usual returns policy for goods) within 14 days of receiving the item provided the goods are in a fully re-saleable condition (which for pre-loved goods means in the same condition that you received the goods). This does not affect your statutory rights.

All goods contained in your order must be returned in their original condition and show no signs of use or damage. Items should be returned with the original packaging (e.g. boxes) and all tags must still be attached. Where provided, the original authenticity stickers and authenticity cards must be included with your return in order to receive a refund.

All orders are sent via a signed for delivery service, if possible please stipulate this to the courier when accepting your parcel. Please also get in contact with our customer service team as soon as possible so that a case can be lodged and escalated without further delay.

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back or to exchange it for something else even possibly another size. As long as the item(s) is still in its original condition with all tags intact and the items are returned within 14 days of receiving them then you can qualify for an Exchange / Refund. Your refund will be adjusted if any offer or discount was applied to your order.​

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

We aim to process your returns within 5 days of receiving the returned item(s).

If you can't return items to us for some reason within the allocated time period due to extenuating circumstances, please get in touch - but any process of such returns will be at our discretion.

We are sorry this has happened, majority of the time we look to ensure any tags if any are removed before sending and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please do not attempt to remove the tag yourself, as this may cause damage to the item of which we will not be able to accept back as a return if you attempted to break free the tag but caused damaged to the garment at the same time.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days (standard delivery) or on the designated day (next day delivery), and we have not advised you of a delay, please contact our Customer Service team right away.

We aim to process your return within 3-5 working days of receiving them.

You might already be familiar with the common contemporary brands but there are many UK and International brands some of which are independent and deserve their right to your wardrobe, especially more so proudly at the discounted price.

If our partners offer us discounted gadgets and toys that are cheaper than our UK counterparts and there is a demand for such products, then we will of course look to supply such lines.
